Urban Residential Development
Gold Mountain LLC has two major divisions, the first of which is property development in Denver, CO.
We are currently in development phases for two projects in North West Denver, one of America’s hottest real estate markets. The first is a project at 2710 W. 25th Avenue near Jefferson Park. We successfully combined two residential lots and took advantage of the zoning which will allow us to build three duplex homes for a total of 6 units. These residences are in a premium location and will boast sensational downtown Denver views from roof top terraces. We are currently in the site development process with the City and anticipate to breaking ground early 2017.
Another current Denver development project is located at 3201 W 17th Avenue in Sloans Lake. We negotiated a deal for the vacant land and successfully secured construction financing to build 10 row-homes in one of the most vibrant areas in the country. The project is in planning phases with the City of Denver and we are projecting to break ground late Spring of 2017.
We are constantly looking for new Development opportunities to build 2-10+ unit projects in the Denver metro area.
Resort Development & Rentals
The second, and most rapidly growing division of Gold Mountain LLC is building and developing vacation rental properties in popular resort towns.
The goal is to identify land which will allow us to plan, build and refinance single family homes into long term financing. We will continue to create high-end “A quality” residences which are rented out for a minimum of 3 nights at a time. Each home is fully appointed and furnished with amenities that comfortably accommodate 10-15 people per night. Clients identify our homes most frequently through websites like AirbNb and VRBO. We also have a website in design which will showcase our growing portfolio of rental properties, and give consumers an opportunity to view availability and book their vacation time online.
Our proven ability to handle the property management and marketing side of these rentals continues to make the profits even more lucrative. There is currently one home in the portfolio that has been tracked for the past 16 months (see following rental analysis for 111 Club House Rd.). There are 4 new residences currently under construction with completion expected in summer 2017.
